Staged photography is not permitted during public hours, and the policy names engagement portraits, bridal portraits and weddings. Shoots are booked outside public hours through AGO Events, which lists no portrait only option. Handheld only inside, no flash or tripods.

Green P carpark 221 at 121 St Patrick Street is closest, an 81 space underground garage posted in 2026 at $4.00 per half hour and $18.00 weekday day maximum. Curb space on Dundas West is limited and rush hour bans apply. Expansion work runs on the McCaul side into 2027.
